Students will prepare pre-cut wooden shelf panels and assemble them into full shelves. Time permitting, we will introduce either the opportunity to paint these shelves, or the opportunity to add on a drawer or hook.
Sanding wood creates dust which can be harmful if inhaled. Students should wear masks when sanding or in the same room that sanding is occurring.
Concern - This may not be useful for students if they do not have the tools or know-how to install a shelf in their home, or they may not be able to install them in an apartment depending on the lease.
